POOL OPENS ON SATURDAY, MAY 24th, 2025 


Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays


10:30 AM till 8:00 PM (7:30 after 8/1)


Weekdays: (starting Monday, July 16th) 


Mon & Tues 11:00 AM till 6:00 PM

Swimming Pool and Pool Pass Information


Dear Residents, 

Summer is quickly approaching, and we’re excited about the upcoming pool season! This year, we're introducing the PoolEntry app for pool passes. To apply for your pool pass, please follow these steps: 

● You can start applying for your passes on or after: May 1st, 2025 

● To apply, use this Community Code: B55CH0 

Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the PoolEntry app. 


To apply for your passes, follow these instructions: 


1. Apply for Your Pool Passes 

● Download the PoolEntry app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). ● Open the PoolEntry app on your phone. 

● Sign in or create a new account. 

● In the mobile app, tap "Apply for Pool Passes." 

● Enter the 6-digit Community Code. 

● Provide your contact information. 

● Select the passes. 

● Provide the name and date of birth for each pass. 

● If applicable, make a payment or direct the payment to the management office. 

● Submit your application. 

● Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email. Applications are typically approved within 1–2 business days. 


2. Activate Your Pool Passes You might be required to activate each seasonal pool pass that was approved. To activate your seasonal pass, follow these steps: 

● Open the PoolEntry app on your phone. 

● Tap the "Activate" button on each pool pass. 

● Tap the circular icon to upload your photo. 

● Select a photo from the gallery or take a new selfie. 

● Confirm your first name, last name, and date of birth. 

● Tap the "Activate" button to activate your pass. 

● Scroll left or right between passes and activate each of them.


3. How to Access Your Pool Pass and Check In at the Pool Self Check-In: 

● Open the PoolEntry app on your mobile phone. 

● Scroll left or right between passes. 

● To access guest passes, tap on the "Guest Pass" tab. 

● Press the "Check-In" button on each pool pass. 

● Show your phone screen to the lifeguard. 

● Don’t forget to check out when leaving the pool by pressing the "Check-Out" button on your pass. 


How to Download the PoolEntry App 

● For Android users: 

○ Click on this link: Download from Google Play to download the PoolEntry mobile app. 

○ If you cannot open the link, open the Google Play Store on your phone, and search for "PoolEntry pool pass." Download the PoolEntry app. 

● For iPhone users: 

○ Click on this link: Download from the App Store to download the PoolEntry mobile app. 

○ If you cannot open the link, open the App Store on your phone, and search for "PoolEntry pool pass." Download the PoolEntry app. 


General Information 

● Only one PoolEntry account is needed per family. 

● All family members have access to pool passes associated with the family account from any device, allowing you to check in all family members with one device. 

● A family can download and activate passes on multiple devices, as long as there are enough seasonal passes available. 

● To view other family members' passes, scroll left or right on your phone. 

● Passes can be purchased through the PoolEntry app using a credit card. 

● Residents without smartphones can contact management for information on receiving a physical pass (online registration and application are still required). Login Issues 

● If you have an account from last year and don’t remember your password, please reset your password inside the mobile app. 

● If you see the message "Account not registered with this email address" when trying to log in, it means that you are entering an email that was not used to register the account. 2 Runnymeade 

○ If you believe you already have an account, try logging in with some of your other email addresses. 


Pool Pass Pricing 

● All passes are free for owners or their tenants. 

● Seasonal guest passes (up to 2 per household) can be purchased via the PoolEntry app under the “Account” tab for $50.00 each. (This function will be enabled closer to the pool opening date). 

● Daily guest passes (limit of 8 guests during the week and 4 on weekends) can be purchased via the PoolEntry app under the “Account” tab for $7.00 per guest. *Purchased one-day guest passes expire at the end of the day they are purchased. (This function will be enabled closer to the pool opening date).

o Fridays, Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (7:30 PM after 8/1) 

o Weekdays Starting Monday, July 16th: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Mondays & Tuesdays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

• Wednesdays & Thursdays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Technical Issues

Residents can submit a support ticket at mypass.poolentry.com. PoolEntry online support is available Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET. 

Extended support hours will be provided on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24. Limited online support is available on weekends and holidays during the summer. 


 Runnymeade Farms Pool & Tennis Rules


Pool Membership, Admittance, Guests & Guest Fees


1. Pool membership is limited to Runnymeade Farms residents only. Badges will be  provided to each permanent resident with a minimum of 2 tags per household.  Members and guests must sign in daily.  

2. Members and guests must have pool badges at all times. Badges are not  interchangeable. Replacement cost for badges is $5.00 per badge.  

3. Owners and their tenants who are delinquent in the payment of any Runnymeade  assessment or fees will be denied pool badges until the delinquency is cured. Owners  and their tenants who become delinquent during the course of the pool season will be  denied access to the pool until the delinquency is cured. Membership will also be  suspended for anyone affiliated with a residence if assessments are in arrears.  

4. Guests must be sponsored by a member and that member must accompany and remain  with their guest at all times. Guest Fees are $5.00 Per Guest on weekdays and $8.00 Per  Guest on weekends and holidays. Guests are limited to 4 per household per day. Season  Guest passes are $50.00 each and limited to 2 per household.  *Checks and Venmo payments are preferred, our handle is @Runnymeade 


Pool Rules and Regulations

 

1. The lifeguard has the authority to refuse admittance or ask a member(s) or guest(s) to  leave if they are unfit to swim for reasons of dress, unruly behavior, intoxication, or  health (skin abrasions, rashes, colds, inflamed eyes, infections, or persons wearing  bandages.)  

2. Pool Committee members can assist lifeguards to enforce the rules and regulations.  

3. Any decision of the lifeguard is final. Anyone disregarding pool rules may be suspended  from the pool and further violation will be presented to the Board.  

4. Running, pushing, tag games and any other activities deemed unsafe are not permitted.  

5. No diving in shallow end of the pool. This area is marked “No Diving”. No jumping  backwards or doing flips off the edge of the pool. Diving is only permitted in the deep  section of the pool.  

6. Rafts, floats, noodles, or toys are only permitted on the shallow side of the lap lane rope.  Rafts and floats are not permitted in the lap lane or deep end. No large rafts, floats or  toys are permitted. Members must remove rafts, floats, noodles, or toys when not in  use.  

7. At the discretion of the lifeguard, if the pool is crowded, floats and rafts will not be  permitted for safety purposes.  

8. Arm flotations will be permitted in the shallow side of the lap lane rope only when  accompanied by an adult who remains with the child at all times.  

9. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  

10. All injuries, however minor, must be reported to the lifeguard.  Runnymeade Farms Pool & Tennis Rules  2 

11. Bobby pins, hair pins and similar items must be removed while in the pool.  

12. The Kiddie Pool is for children 5 years of age and under who must be supervised by  parents or sitter. There is no guard on duty at the Kiddie Pool. Children not toilet trained  are restricted to this pool only. Only children wearing specific swim diapers will not be  permitted in the large/main pool.  


Food & Beverage Rules & Regulations 


1. No bottles or glass of any kind are permitted in the pool, pavilion, or tennis areas.  

2. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the pool, pavilion, and tennis areas.  

3. Food is permitted in the pavilion and at the tables. Food is not permitted in the pool or  poolside. Gum is not permitted in the pool area.  


Tennis Court Rules and Regulations 


1. Tennis Courts are for tennis or pickle ball only. No other activities or lounging on the  tennis courts is permitted.  

2. No food is permitted on the tennis courts.  

3. Tennis Courts must be locked when you leave.  

4. If residents are waiting for a court, please limit your time on the court to one hour.  

5. Tennis shoes or sneakers are required when playing tennis.  

6. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or sitter when  on the tennis courts.  


General Rules & Regulations  


1. It is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or sitter to monitor any and all of their  children’s activities and behavior at the pool, pavilion, and tennis areas.  

2. NO pool parties are permitted any day or time except for the 2 rental nights (Monday  and Tuesday, 6-8 PM) which must be arranged with the Management Company and  payment must be submitted prior to the party.  

3. Radios and voices should be kept at reasonable levels and shall not disturb others.  

4. All persons including members are prohibited from using the pool for any purpose  whatsoever unless the pool is officially open, and the lifeguard is on duty.  

5. Management and the guards will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal  property. Please remember to take home everything brought to the pool. Items left will  be discarded.  

6. The cost of any pool property damaged will be charged to the responsible member.  

7. No animals are permitted in the pool area, pavilion, or tennis courts.  

8. Please dispose of all trash promptly. Smoking is not permitted except in the designated  area. Cigarettes must be disposed of in ashtrays.
