Clusters 1 at Runnymeade Farms

Clusters 1 is a group of 45 townhouses on Muirfield Court and on Sawgrass Lane, located in the Runnymeade Farms residential community in Edgmont Township, Delaware County Pennsylvania.  

The residences of Clusters 1 mostly are three-bedroom units with single-car garages.

All resident owners of Clusters 1 units are members of the Clusters 1 Homeowners Association, and also of the Runnymeade Farms Homeowners Association. 

Runnymeade Farms consists of several other named sections including traditional condominiums at Pritchard Place, and individual family homes in the Springton Woods and Canter Village sections. Residents of Runnymeade Farms have access to shared outdoor swimming pool and tennis facilities.  

Runnymeade Farms was developed and constructed between 1982 and 1994.  Entrance is on Providence Road, south of West Chester Pike. The private community is adjacent to the public recreational facilities of Ridley Creek State Park.
